We provide lots of video for you to get start, And we will make sure you have no worries from unpacking, threading, cap embroidery, daily maintenance etc, until the machine works successfully.We also provide online services. If you have any questions, you can contact us to help you solve them.

Does it provide software?

Sorry, we do not yet provide software for creating patterns. For advanced pattern design, we suggest that you find a dedicated designer to design for you.

How long are delivery times?

We provide 15 days warehouse to door step shipping, you will get a tracking number after delivery.

How to maintain and upkeep embroidery machines?

1.Regularly clean the inside and outside of the machine to remove dust and wire shavings.
2.Check and replace worn accessories such as embroidery needles, needle plates, etc.
3.Keep the machine lubricated and add lubricating oil according to the instructions.
4.Avoid prolonged continuous work and allow the machine to rest and dissipate heat appropriately.
